"It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10. The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement. L’endroit est très calme et sûr, parfait pour se reposer en famille. Tout est facilement accessible à pied, et il y a plusieurs options de restauration à proximité. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et très pratique. "Wij hadden een prima verblijf in het Night Desert Camp. ’s Ochtends waren we in Midelt. Via What’s App hebben we doorgegeven dat wij rond 16 uur in Merzouga zouden zijn. Wij werden opgehaald bij Auberge Sahara. Daar konden wij onze auto parkeren. Chauffeur Mohamed stond al klaar met zijn 4WD. "Avoid at all costs – complete scam! This place is nothing but a tourist trap. After you pay, you suddenly find out that they charge €25 per person just to drive you 10 minutes to the camp. Once you arrive, they tell you that air conditioning is NOT included and demand another €30 per person if you want it. "Five stars all the way! As a Moroccan, I’m no stranger to Moroccan hospitality and generosity. However, the team at Tangerine Sky Camp went above and beyond my expectations. "Honestly the most terribly hotel experience I have had for a long while! The service in the reception and bar was downright rude. They literally yelled at me and were visibly annoyed when I asked or ordered something. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t speak French or they just all hate their jobs but people like this should work in the hospitality business. The breakfast was also so bad that I just took a coffee and an orange and left the rest. The hotel is cheap so I didn’t expect much but that doesn’t excuse downright hostile behaviour from the staff."
