"We chose this property because we’re a large family on a budget trying to attend a wedding in the area without staying at a casino. What a fantastic find! Our kids (ages 5-11) loved the cozy matching bedspreads, comfy couch, indoor & outdoor games, and the path down to the river. "A little piece of heaven in the little town of gridley was absolutely a perfect place for us. This cabin is one of our top 3 places that we have stayed in. The ponds were all well maintained and stocked with fish. The kayaks and paddle boats were great to ride in, golf cart is a must if you are wanting to get around to the 6 ponds on this beautiful property which they have available for a small price. "Nice place to stay. Very neat & clean. The kitchen was missing a few amenities such as paper plates & a few coffee pods for the Keurig. But, there was a regular coffee maker if you wanted a full pot. Paper plates are needed due to melamine being the only type of dinnerware available. Melamine is not microwaveable. Plenty of towels for a shower. We would recommend The Cabin."

"We loved our stay at the Bourbon Co 9 house. Peaceful country setting and only a 15 minute drive to Fort Scott. This house has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen to the game room. We were in this area for a Jeep trip. Kansas Rocks OHV park is only 15 minutes away and we had a blast. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back."
