Strandhoteller i Sydøstlige Illinois

"When I checked in the room I was given had not been cleaned yet. Dirty towels/bedding had not been changed ect. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and the toilet was usable but the bolt was broken and so it rocked when you used it. The curtain on the shower kept sliding open, They should have refunded me my full nights stay."

"Pretty rundown."

"The hotel was very nice. I gave it a good rating instead of excellent because we were unable to get the air conditioning to come on. The room was very warm."

"All staff were friendly & helpful! Our only struggle was that the carpet in our room was damp, which we discovered when our socks were wet from walking on it, and my pants were wet from sitting down on the carpet. Come to find out, all room carpets had been professionally cleaned that day! We’re thankful they were cleaned, but that would have been nice to have been forewarned!"

"This room was clean I used to clean for hotels so I check everything and this was one of the best I have seen. A few maintenance issues nothing big funky shower faucet. Staff was so caring and kind !"

"This was my second stay here and the property is always clean. stay is nice and helpful"

"Amazing staff and experience from the moment I walked through the doors. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just kind. Brilliantly clean room, freshly ground coffee… they’re doing it right."

"Nothing wrong, great place to stay"

"Fine store værelser. Mærkelig duft på gangen. Airconditionen larmer så meget at vi måtte slukke den om natten, men så blev der koldt 😬. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin og generelt så et hyggeligt sted med sødt personale. Hotellet ligger lidt ude, men MacDonald ligger lige overfor. Vi kørte små 6 km. og tog maden med retur til værelset. "
