"Once you get over the slight fears of the location and neighborhood, it's very safe and relaxing.. Yes the area isn't the greatest, and there's absolutely some sketchy people walking around a few blocks over, but this street is actually OK and the neighbors are all pretty cool. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did.
