"It was discouraging that there was so much rust and just shoddy looking fixtures in bathroom and the upholstery on table chairs was cracked and broken in places with stuffing showing. Also, while it was fine not to have fresh linens & towels each day, we did not understand why the bed was not made. This was a very basic room for shelter that thankfully was clean, but was shabby and not welcoming, I’m sorry to say."

"The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

"Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars ! Beautiful hotel. Very clean and loved the decor/light fixtures. The evening meal which was free was substantial and very good ( pulled pork sandwiches, baked potatoes, Cole slaw, salad, chili, hot dogs) breakfast Buffett was also complimentary and so many choices ( eggs, potatoes, real sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fresh made pancakes) Would highly reccomend. Also loved the walk in shower. Bed was comfortable. Excellent."

"We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same...
