"Unbelievable art and architecture friendly staff excellent restaurant"

"I stayed two days came from out of town for a graduation and once I checked in, the girl at check-in counter was not very helpful and not very courteous. She definitely did not make me feel welcomed there. Also it was a bit pricey considering that the rooms look a little out dated. My room wasn’t cleaned the best but it was ok. The pros were the beds are comfortable and it was close to where I was going."

"Room quality was not what we expected at Sheraton Hotel. Outdated carpet and furniture!! We requested another room, buy they Moved us to another room next day. Still, the location of the room was very close to the swimming pool and the whole area did not smell goog, and the 2nd room was also outadted. We requested a room at a higher floor level but the staff declined!! We are very sure that they had many rooms available at higher levels, but we did not feel that the staff gave us equal...

"I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...

"Amazing stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was amazing and service was exceptional. Only knock is the outside sun deck was closed to hotel guests due to a private party other than that would highly recommend."

"While this was a cute old hotel with new life be breathed into it...there were a few things that were disappointing. The lobby and breakfast room is on the second floor! I did not see an elevator although there may have been one I missed. But is was a strange set up to say the least. They did have a cool Vinyl room and a pool table that you can play for free but they charge for everything else. For example the lock box for your valuables in the room! Really! Then there is NO live TV! They...
