"Ved indtjekning fik vi anvist to værelser med plads til to i hver. Vi havde bestilt til 5 personer. Det ene værelse blev skiftet ud med et værelse til 3 personer. Dette værelse skulle være ikke ryger værelse, men det stank af røg. Der lugtede som et gammelt askebæger. Her dagen efter lugter mine børns tøj stadig af røg. Værelset så ud som om det ikke var gjort rent. Der lå Chips og brugte papirslommetørklæder på gulvet. Det mest ulækre hotel jeg nogensinde har været på!!!"
