"This would probably be the only property that I would not do a repeat visit going back to Japan. The property itself is not the most convenient to get to, even being near'ish Kyoto Station. It's about a 10 minute walk in any direction to get to any of the trains. That said, that wasn't the worst part. The unit itself was interesting. The tatami floors though were scuffed and dirty. Clearly people had been wearing their shoes around inside which was disappointing. It had a washer in unit but no...

"We loved this house. A lot of stairs but manageable. Amenities were perfect and the goodies presented was a special touch. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to train stations. The rooftop deck was awesome"

"this was a perfect place --very clean and close to train stations. In a bit more quiet area of Kyoto but still close enough to get to busier places... Sean the host was very accommodating and kept in contact with us and responded quickly to ALL my questions..."
