"Grandkemang er et godt hotel med sødt og imødekommende personale. Hotellet ligger i et godt og trygt område. Jakarta er kendt for sin forfærdelige infrastruktur, så transport er virkelig en tidrøver. Hotellet har en fin pool, og der serveres virkelig god mad. Kan anbefales!"
"There were few minor niggles that detracted from the experience. First was being told that I was in a smoking room and having to pay for an upgrade to be in a non smoking room. Then I woke up in the morning and found that there were no towels or bath mates or handtowels in my room. On both the 2nd and 3rd night my room keycard did not work and I had to go downstairs to have it exchanged. The restaurant staff twice forgot to put out knives with the other cutlery..which makes buttering toast...

The AC units were also not working. Eventually it was repaired.
The biggest issue was the access to the penthouse with the elevators. The penthouse was at the top and we had to wait a long time. Also going down, we had to stop on a lot of floors even though the elevator is full.
There was a charge to borrow more plates and cutleries. It’s a penthouse, the expectation is to have more of these utensils.
