"The property had everything you could need available to you right there on site. The location was perfect as it’s in the middle of anything you could want to do during your stay. Our condo was cozy, comfortable & had everything we needed. I especially liked the secured off street parking available on the property. Our host was super accommodating & replied to messages promptly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The apartment was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. It is located right off of 4th street, within walking distance of 4th street live.Keep in mind, if you use the assigned spot parking garage, a full size pickup truck might be a little difficult to navigate as the parking garage is very tight. 10/10 our stay was amazing. "

"Nice, recently renovated house. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and activities. Host responded promptly to all messages. "

"Clean cozy apartment in a beautiful historic building, will totally stay again next time were in town! Super convenient location can walk anywhere downtown. Communication with host was great. We used underground onsite parking which was convenient, however not really meant for a full sized truck :)"

"Property was very clean, smelt great, and spacious. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area for an overnight trip. "

"Our stay was lovely. The bed was comfy and shower was super hot. Surprisingly airy for a studio and very conveniently located. A paid parking lot is right across the alley or free street parking around the corner. It had all we needed and we would definitely stay again! "

"Stayed for a few days in July of 2025. Property was clean, spacious and had access to a great pool and amenities. Good central location, lots of stuff within a short walk or Uber. We were happy with the space and would stay here if traveling to Louisville again. Tyler the host responded quickly to questions I had. "
