"Basement apartments can be a gamble, but this one was clean, cozy, and still got plenty of light. The location is quiet and residential but very convenient for getting to downtown easily. One night there were no tenants above me and it was great. The second night there were tenants and I could hear everything they said and every step they took. If you're a light sleeper, use the white noise machine and bring earplugs."

"Excellent location, quiet & safe, yet walkable to all of Ketchum. Hosts are wonderful; easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions or needs. The studio is well maintained, clean, and with many little extras for their guests’ comfort and information. Will return!"

"This little apartment fit our needs very well! We didn’t spend much time in the room as we had a graduation and an engagement to celebrate. However, when we were there, it was comfortable. My only issue was, it’s very dark in the yard which made potty trips with our small dog, a challenge. All in all, we would definitely stay there again!"

"Checked in, not cleaned. Dead bugs and crumbs on floor. Dirty kitchen rug, dirty outdoor chairs as part of seating area. No towels, one hand towel and bath mat. No extra toilet paper. Broken lights, overhead bathroom and above kitchen sink. Vacasa is terrible."

"The unit is clean and a great place to rest after outdoor activities. It's pretty tiny, and the balcony is standing room only. The unit gets the job done, i.e., a place to sleep, but it's not much more than that. My biggest complaint—overall four stars—is that the access code was ten digits, so good luck remembering that one. Another reason for the four stars was: 1. The living room, where the TV is small and high above the fireplace. Also, it's not a smart TV, so there is no screencasting...

"I loved the whole house. I like architectural aspects that are original and useful. This place had that. From the hardwood floors, built in drawers in the hall and unique closets in the bedrooms. The place was quiet and felt like I was not in the city. Highly recommend this place. "

"Location and neighborhood were wonderful! Easy walk to many local shops, restaurants and Camel's Back Park. Ice and filtered water on fridge door didn't work. Overall it was a very relaxed stay and we had fun exploring Boise!"
