"They did not have any breakfast, and the personnel were not interested in helping us with a solution, the excuse was the manager have forgotten to order it and he was not back until two days after. The tiles in the bathroom floor is loose. I can’t recommend this hotel at all. "

"Checking in was easy and the staff friendly. Room was with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed which was pretty bad. Glad it was only one night. Breakfast OK but rather crowded/not many tables. "

"We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, use of the grill, and sitting on the porch. Our only complaint is about the noise but it was clear from the map that the campground was located near an interstate. "Enjoyed three nights at this property to hike the dunes. Location was good, towards the West side of the park but an easy drive to multiple hikes. Also had the option to walk directly from the house for the Miller Woods trail and Miller Woods Beach. Backyard was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. "Fantastic location, nice room, waterpreasure a bit on the low side. It showed to be extreamly difficult to get a taxi at the hotel, and the hotel staff wasn't to much help."
