"The glamping park itself was fabulous. The girl that helps manage the property, Lexi was fabulous and so helpful and we just loved her. That being said I did not think this particular tent owner in the park accurately described the glamping tent he owns that he was offering. There are so many other great glamping tents in this park that could be rented that have knotty pine beds and futons and picnic tables in them however, this tent was not so glamorous! I was happily surprised to find there was electricity for charging electronics and a mini fridge! So practical! The mosquitoes were more of an issue than anticipated. "The tent/cabin was very nice. Not happy with showers as doors didn’t shut well and no place to put clothes that won’t get damp while showering. Contacted office and was told they couldn’t help us as they were not on site. If you like rustic and the weather is not rainy, it would be fine. Plus the walls are just canvas so sound travels through clearly so you can hear your neighbors and air traffic. So not too crazy about walking 100 yds to go to the bathroom at night but if that doesn’t bother...

"You really have to try this place. It's pretty far down the road; just keep going and you'll get there. The tents are very sturdy, thick canvas over a wooden frame; the beds are pretty comfortable and the stove inside the tent keeps you nice and cozy. There are two very friendly bear dogs on the premises to keep you safe from wildlife. AND saving the best for last, they advertise "Denali views" and they ain't lyin'.
