No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Location above all, particularly if you like Ponsonby: just around the corner from the Three Lamps end, with all the options of those blocks have to offer. Large grocery store down the hill. Short uber or longer walk to CBD and harbors. A great base for a large group."

"Loved the pool, perfect temperature clean and super deep. House was beautiful! unfortunately the spa bath didnt work or the oven or fridge. ( Repair man came and fixed fridge but oven was unrepairable.) That was quite a pain. Aside from appliances we would love to go again as was just a beautiful location and the space was so picture perfect. Thank you so much."

"This little villa is absolutely beautiful, even more so than it seemed in the listing. It's inside a resort, so you have access to the resort amenities, but is a separate and distinct home in there. It has 2 well-proportioned bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony. They were very flexible with check-in time (we arrived very early and they let us drop off our bags and then had the place ready for us 2 hours before check-in without any charge), allowed us access to a car for a reasonable...
