Scrupulously clean, this gorgeous old house functions as a preschool during the school year, and has been set up for beachgoers for the summer. It has a giant playroom full of well-kept toys and a fenced-in backyard playground that is every kids' dream. A picnic table and grill make eating outside easy. Gracious, generous host who is very accommodating and quick to respond. Location is great — visiting the nearby Laudholm farm...

We were able to get a late check out which was much appreciated. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and accessible to the down town area. We were able to walk to dinner.
