"Beautiful spot on the ocean. The Inn is run by hospitality students studying at the Community College. The Inn is on the campus. Some of the furnishings could be updated and the Wi-Fi was suboptimal, but worked with a personal hot spot. The location and walking paths were wonderful. It was perfect for us and just a short drive into downtown. Ocean birds were plentiful!"

"The sunset suite was wonderful. Great location and loved the balcony’s off the living room and bedroom. My two issues were how limited and confusing parking was. Nothing to put on your car and you’re crammed into this small lot making you scared to leave the spot if you had to. Also water pressure and temperature was terrible in the shower. The music from the bar down below is quite loud however I knew that going into making my reservation. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay...

"My wife and I stayed at the Grasshopper Inn, and had one of the best hotel experiences out of all of our trips so far. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quite new. "Old hotel in perfect location within walking distance to local shops. We had a wonderful sea view and a useful balcony. But the hotel itself was run down. It seemed that the focus was more on the restaurant and bar. We pointed out that the parking signs outside were covered in bushes, but that didn't seem to make any difference for the front desk. We accept impractical solutions, but there were some totally unacceptable conditions: 1) bathroom door could not close, 2) refrigerator had a loose...
