"Nice clean house a very short walk from town."

"This is a magnificent home on the beach at Merimbula. Very large and modern. Superbly furnished with every possible convenience. A large outdoor deck, bbq, and heated pool are the hub of activity. Walk down to the beach or up to the cafes and close to everything in the region. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend it fully."

"Easy to find with excellent method to get key. Large car park (we have a large car with 4 adults travelling) and excellent washing machine plus dryer. Upstairs had a wonderful set up and allowed us to have the space for both couples to have privacy. Equipment in kitchen was great and we were all very pleased."

The property was well presented with everything we needed to cook family meals for a mass of kids, great layout for a large group. "A very relaxing stay with a big beautiful (fenced) back yard for our dogs. We enjoyed exploring the area including Pambula and their stunning off leash dog friendly beach. We had sunny days out and afternoons in with drinks and bbq on the verandah with a view. The comfy couches and massive tellie were a hit. We'd love to come back to beautiful Merimbula."

"We stayed for a week during rainy weather. the view out of the living room is perfect for curling up with a book or a movie on rainy days, watching the weather come across the ocean, lake and mountains. All the mod cons and comfortable living space, and a few min drive to the main shops and waterfront."

We were an 8 person group for a one week stay, unfortunately we have feedback regarding some features of the property. - ants were present everywhere. We were cleanly and not leaving food out. We had to purchase antrid ourselves for management of this including regularly taking the bins out. - minimal provisions were provided such as garbage bags (2 provided), dishwashing tablets and laundry powder & toilet...

"Excellent location and great outlook from many rooms. The two queen bed rooms were great. The bunk room smelt very musty/dusty and there were no screens so windows could not be opened. The wooden sliding door to the bunk bed room did not slide easily. The single beds bed room was rather musty/dusty and there were small crawling insects that kept being found on the bed that was situated under the window. The sheets and towels overall were very clean however the doona covers, doonas and spare...

"Ok ophold men faciliteterne var ikke ok - pool, spa og fitness var stadig under ombygning i november selvom det var oplyst på hjemmesiden at det var afsluttet i slutningen af august. Ingen kompensation eller tilbud om brug af faciliteter et andet sted. Rengøringen var meget overfladisk"

"Loved our spacious room with balcony and a beautiful ocean view. Staff were lovely and everything was so easy. About a 7 minute walk to club Malua. A nice Restaurant and a few shops just next door to us. Secure parking and about a 10 minute drive to mogo zoo."
