"Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone!"

"We had a great stay at this property! It is very conveniently located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks. It was healing to use the jacuzzi and pool after a long day of walking at the Disney parks! The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, home theater, pool, popcorn, and the Pacman arcade. Highly recommend it, and I'd choose to stay here again on our next Disney-parks vacation."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sand Pebbles!!! Nice/clean condo with a nice view of the water. It is just a short walk across the street to the beach!! Stan provide lot of items you normally have to purchase and not use up on your trip, which is a nice extra touch! Will definitely contact Stan for our next beach vacation!"

"We chose this property because our son was participating in the Iron Man competition. After studying the route on the IRONMAN website, I felt like this was in close proximity to the course. Little did I know, the running portion of the race goes directly in front of the house! It worked out perfectly! The property was clean and comfortable. A little bit small, but worked very well for us. It was myself, my husband, one adult child and one grandchild. Definitely recommend this spot! Convenience...

"There were a number of condos shown in the photos so we didn’t know which one we were going to get but the place was cozy. Had a Roku remote but just basic cable so that kinda sucked but whatever, you’re on vacation. Place was clean and the security was super cool. "

"We loved the place, it was very clean and really close to the beach. The checking in and checking out process was very easy. Also, the place is very close to many restaurants and stores, we didn’t have to drive very far. You can even walk to the stores and restaurants if you want to. The only thing I would recommend changing it would be the beds, they were not very comfortable. Other then that everything was great 👍"
