"Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months."

"Clean and great communication"

"Clean place and host was very helpful!"

"Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a...

"The condo was beautiful and perfect for my husband and me. Everything was clean, and all the living spaces were cozy. Highly recommend!"

"Very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty. We enjoyed our stay"

"We loved this place, great customer service, clean modern rooms and beautiful views from our balcony. It was quiet, relaxing and one of the best places we’ve stayed at near Daytona shores. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hot Springs Lake Side Condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both simple and seamless, which made our stay even better. We especially appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry family member along with us! 🐾 We couldn’t have asked for a better...

"We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The room is right off the elevator and made for easy unloading of all our beach things. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking the basics. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great property, quiet area. Everything is advertised. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon."

"Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good."

"The host was very available to us; the space was very cozy."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The location was fabulous—close enough to walk around at night to nearby bars and restaurants, but the unit itself was still quiet and felt very safe. We don’t drink, but we still enjoyed being able to walk over in the evening and grab some finger foods and enjoy the atmosphere. The unit was clean and comfortable, everything worked as expected, and the bed was especially comfortable. The ocean view was beautiful, and even the little...

"Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean. There were 4 dolphins swimming directly in front of the condo on the morning we left. We would definitely stay here again!"
