"I stayed one night while on a fishing trip. This place was perfect for my stay. It was an excellent, clean, well-furnished accommodation. Perfect for a single, couple, or even some with small kids. The host had a fresh 1/2 gallon of milk in the fridge, along with so yogurt and bottled water. They also had single cereal boxes, breakfast bars, and even popcorn. "Stayed here for 2024 eclipse. Great location. Easy to find. Came from Florida an friends met us from New Mexico an Tennessee. Accomadations were excellent in everyway. Hosts Lottie an Boyd were great to meet an talk with. Went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recomend this place an stay here again if we return to Arkansas."

"I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!"

"This place is about 30 minutes away from Batesville which is perfect. It was quiet and clean and away from most humans which is also pretty perfect. I wish I had been able to see this place during the spring, summer or fall becase it had a really cute simple set up on the back and front porch. I would have loved to have sat out there and drank my coffee in the morning."
