First off I read the reviews on this hotel and honestly I did not expect what I encountered. Pulled in to find a bar first and the hotel is behind so a bit of parking lot adventure at night just a bit confusing. Check in was smooth and staff was great. The first room which was assigned I noted shower curtain not installed, tub and toilet filthy and toilet brush on bathroom countertop. Went back to check in staff was very apologetic and helpful assigned another room. At the door we encountered the lock was busted (light which illuminates green when key is recognized) but did work after several tries, upon hanging jacket noticed left rear of rack was not anchored pulled out of wall and tv remote was not in room. Went back down again staff very helpful and offered to assist with remote if needed and even called room a short time later to check on us. Overall night was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Overview of property in morning was looks nice and breakfast was decent as well. Finally this was a complete failure on housekeeping and maintenance for which we encountered. Lack of completion, communication and quality assurance for customer care directly noted by the condition of first room which was never completed by cleaning process and should have never been issued to a customer in such condition. Second room with damaged lock, coat rack not attached properly and missing tv remote. All of these issues should have been addressed in which no such review would be needed
