Lake Champlain/Maquam Bay Cottage - Water Access!
Perfect cabin on the lake. Beautiful views. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The town of Swanton was lovely with a wonderful restaurant, yummy bakery and access to the rail trails. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

NEW Build-Lake Champlain Waterfront: Year-round, Kayaks, Firepit, Sunsets, W/D
The cabin was small but so cute - set up really well! We loved having the lake right there, at the bottom of our steps. The sunset view was priceless. The kitchen had the essentials for cooking, and the hosts provided a stash of bottled water for us to drink. We used the kitchen and the outdoor grill, ...

Nice cabin out of the way but close enough to shops and restaurants Cabin was remodeled at some point and it’s very nice! Host had just about everything you would need for a comfy stay, even k-cups for the keurig that was there. There is a window ac unit which was needed, believe it or not, even ...
