"We had an excellent time at the Old School Cottage. The house is well furnished and equipped with everything you could need, and the location is excellent. Fall Bay and Mewslade Bay beaches are only a 10–15 minute walk away, and there is a bus stop outside the house with buses running every hour (except on Sundays), so you can easily explore the many footpaths across Gower, as well as the scenic coastal path. "Booked to stay here for the night as it was near Rhossili Bay. Accommodation was lovely, as described & couldn't ask for anything more. Despite it being a "budget" room, there was nothing budget about it. Port Eynon itself is a lovely little village. The Ship Inn do good food & The Smugglers Bar has more of a beach feel to it, 80's tunes & cocktails. Would not hesitate to go back."

"Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. "

"The apartment is located behind a local cafe (which is handy for breakfast) and although the entrance was not obvious on arrival, we found it after a quick call to the owner. Once inside the apartment was spacious, well kept and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms are a good size, but could do with some curtains as the blinds let lots of light in in the mornings. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and the entrance hall was cluttered and uninviting, but apart from...

"Great location. Property needs to be updated and have clear internal issues repaired/replaced. The damage deposit asks you to take photos of all damage - this took a long time!! Curtain rail fell on my daughter when pulled - it was clear it had been bodge repaired multiple times. Photos on VRBO are of the property when new - but it is very tired inside now and some monies need spending to bring it up to the level it is being sold at. A real shame as the location is perfect."
