Designed to give a team of contractors or a big family or group friends plenty of room, this 4 bedroom Swansea home that can sleep up to 9 people has benefited from a recent refurbishment that has transformed the property into a stylish home-from-home. If you are seeking serviced accommodation for colleagues or contractors who may be working in Swansea or at the nearby retail park or industrial estate, this house is in the perfect place to make it easy to get to those locations.

The living room and dining area is ideal for socialising, with a comfy sofa to relax on, and a quality dining table to eat at or work on. First one to grab the remote gets a chance to see what’s on the flat screen TV that’s in the room. There’s a great choice of channels, so for those occasions you’re not out and about exploring the local area or working in it, you can keep yourselves entertained.

And when you decide to cook for yourselves instead of eating out or ordering a takeaway, the modern kitchen is ready to give you an inspiring space in which to rustle up snacks or create full-on meals that you can all enjoy on that dining table.

The Cadle Heath Nature Reserve is also nearby, and its a great example of urban heathland that’s teeming with wildlife.

And because the house is located on the Carmarthen Road, access to Swansea city centre to the south is very easy, and it’s there that you will find all sorts of attractions, including:

The Liberty Stadium, home of Swansea FC - if you have tickets for a game or an event here, it’s not far to and from the stadium

Mumbles Seaside Village - this famous coastal location really is a ‘must visit’ if you’re staying in the area.

Swansea city centre - a wide variety of shops, eateries and entertainment venues are all here

Swansea Marina - take a look at the boats and maybe grab some food in this popular area of the city

Swansea Grand Theatre – there are all kinds of events scheduled here from gigs to shows and films. Why not make a night of it, or turn it into a weekend away if you’ve got tickets by staying here?

Swansea LC Waterpark - make a big splash in Wales’ biggest indoor waterpark.
