"1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy!"

"We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. The bedroom does not have a dresser; hanging clothes can go in the closet but there's no place for folding clothes. We lived out of our suitcases all week. The front blinds...

"Beautiful cottage that is family friendly and inviting. The warm cozy feel made the stay like home away from home. A wonderful environment that is clean and prepared for you to come inside and relax. Parking is a little tight and the road is dangerous to back out on due to lack of visibility from the driveway and how the road structure is. BE CAREFUL! Wonderful host who are responsive and communicate well. No complaints from our family. Would 100% recommend this cottage to everyone!"

"15 members of our family rented this home for our beach trip. It was an amazing experience and it definitely is a place we will be looking into for our family vacations in the future. The home is beautiful and clean and the yard and pool were perfect for the little ones. The only disappointment was there wasn’t anywhere to eat outside, such as a picnic table or patio set. The hospitality of the host was amazing."
