"Positives: Good facilities and nice touches... Older place but well maintained with very good basics. Close to IGA supermarket and bus stops. Pleasant office personnel and close to walking distance to CBD and pubs and restaurants. Area for improvement: Site office is not commonly open or manned. Late night and early morning check ins push a loud doorbell instead of using the apartment outside lock box function... Meaning if your rooms close to the entrance you are woken up at all hours of night...

"This property is outstanding, I was blown away. It is such a private little aboad, whilst it is such a comfortable and homely feel. The hosts really do well at keeping your stay private but are there fof whatever, whenever they are amazing. Thanks heaps guys,!"

"Very relaxed and cruisy place. Nice, quiet, comfy. Perfect little kitchenette. Excellent location to walk to great restaurants. Also excellent to walk to East Perth station where all regional buses depart, plus many train options to the city & beyond. Next time we are back in Perth will definitely stay there again. "Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses. Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable."

"We stayed her with 2 elderly parents, a family of 5 and another adult. Great facilities, the park across the road was a hit. Super close to everything and well resourced"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it....
