Mückenschutz und Insektenschutz durchweg vorhanden. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Warmes Duschwasser jederzeit verfügbar, einen Hocker für die Kleinen, Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel. "We stayed here a week and everything was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and had more kitchen appliances than my own home. The views are outstanding and it's a wonderful place to relax. The only downside was that the directions for how to get there were terrible, Google Maps thinks it's in the wrong spot, and we got lost for almost two hours trying to find the place. "Wir waren zum Wandern in Istrien. Für den Süden von Istrien bietet das Haus einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Die Strände von Rabac sind nicht weit entfernt. Ein Defekt im Sanitärbereich wurde schnell und unkompliziert repariert. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen."

"Das Haus Nico besteht aus mehreren Parteien und ist in einen kleinen Campingplatz integriert. Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Der Strand ist sauber und man findet immer ausreichend Platz. Direkt am Strand befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir waren eine Woche als Freundesgruppe im Ferienhaus. Das Pool und die Grillstelle haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Außenbereich ist super hergerichteten und im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Vom Vermieter haben wir gute Tipps für Lokale und Strände bekommen, am Anreisetag waren auch Snacks und Getränke bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen."

"Wie war er ? Kurz gesagt Fantastisch!!!!!!! Die Ferienwohnung war super für uns. Anreise war für uns schon 09:00 Wir konnten schon etwas eher in die Ferienwohnung. Gegen 12:00 oder 13 :00 Uhr. Meine Frau hat sich sofort entspannt wegen dem genialen Blick auf das Meer. PS. Das Bild ist kein Fake. ;) Kinder konnten im Pool schwimmen Ich konnte auch runter zum Strand. Abenteuerlicher Abstieg und Aufstieg zum Strand. Die Aussicht auf dem Strand ist es aber Wert. Gruß Familie Höer"
