"Lovely view and the pool and property were well maintained and we enjoyed it. The condo inside was not cleaned. Crumbs on rug, hair on sheets, smudging on glass stove and microwave. Also mess in fridge hadn’t been cleaned. I washed the linens myself so we could sleep knowing they were clean. I’m glad I brought my own pillow because those smelled!"

"Stayed ar Fenimore Mill 1A (Mermaids Song) for third time. Beautiful views and wonderful balcony to relax on. As always Pelican Vacation Reality did a fabulous job with easy booking and departure . "Disappointing. I booked the condo based on the photos provided in the listing. None of the furnishings were in the room. I would have not booked the condo had the photos been accurate. Dishes put away unclean by previous renter. Had to do a bit of cleaning. Spoke with manager about everything. No tub as shown."
