"Second time staying here and great place as usual. Highly recommend"

"We’ve returned to this condo a few times because the cleanliness and convenience are consistently excellent. The host is great at communicating in a timely manner. Overall a great place!"

"It was absolutely perfect in every respect. Parking was right next to the building, easy inside and availability to Walking to downtown walking to a local lake walking to local restaurants walking to biking trails, there was not one thing that wasn’t walkable once you got there. The actual room and suites and kitchen were stellar. The kitchen lacked absolutely nothing and offered everything. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was large extra and the laundry room both had everything you...

"This property was beautifully maintained and very comfortable for my husband and I. Would absolutely book again."

"Very nice condo good location"

"The unit was very clean however there was a terrible odor when we walked in. We smelled it each time we entered. There was no hair dryer and very few towels (only one for each of us for a 4 day stay). They did bring more towels once we requested them. The ac would not go below 77 when we made several attempts to lower it a little as instructed by the host. Overall the unit was very nice and quiet besides the traffic noise because it is on a busy road. It was nice it had a washer/dryer although...

"The space was clean and within walking distance to downtown. Host was easy to get ahold of. Would stay again."

"Exceeded our expectations! Building was very well soundproofed (no noisy neighbors), clean, nicely furnished and easy parking and access to local attractions. Appreciated the use of unscented cleaning products - no heavy aromas within the unit.Would definitely recommend and stay again when visiting. And most important - it was unspeakably hot during our stay and the AC worked great!"

"Great property within walking distance of Traverse City! Perfect for two couples. We only stayed one night but would definitely return again. Super clean and well appointed. If you stay here plan at least one night of carry out to enjoy lakefront dining on the rooftop patio. It was an amazing view and there are not many lake view restaurants in TC!"

"Great place, comfortable bed and very clean, the space was perfect for two people. Very nice location with shops and restaurants in the same building! Brunch at the Red Spire was fantastic. "

"The property was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The host was quick to respond with answers to our questions. The building seems to contain many vrbo/rental style properties, so there was quite a wide variety of people that we saw come and go throughout our week-long stay. The building is pet-friendly and met our needs for this trip."
