Hytter i Susten-passet

"The cleaning was not acceptable for a superior apartment and especially not for the money spent! There were cigarette buds outside and hair all over the bed sheets. There was only one good bed and the TV was barely working. I also did not have a good check-in experience. They also claimed that I had not paid, which I had. The view was nice but for the money we paid I expect a higher standard. "

"Grammy nice, fun and fantastic hotel. Perfect located and friendly staff."

"Pretty dated rooms, with a hard bed and bad pillow. No A/C in the room but the hotel had placed a ventilator which was nice. Breakfast was average. The view was amazing and the staff at the reception aswell. Free parking is nice and right next to the hotel with the possibility of charging your electric vehicle."

"We stayed for one night and after a 14 hour drive at night and a full day in Switzerland we wanted to relax and have a good nights sleep. We stayed in room 13 which has NO soundproofing at all. We could hear everything going on in room 14 who unfortunately were loud, stayed up until late in the night, slamming doors and using a hairdryer in the hallway to dry their wet shoes … We got little to no sleep - won’t recommend this hotel."

"Great location and fantastic receptionists and beautiful hotel. Surrounded by beautiful views and a delicious onsite restaurant."

"Okay hotel . Old hotel and rooms"

"Super hjælpsomt personale. God betjening, pæne og rene værelser. Fine spa faciliteter også."

"Super beliggenhed tæt på liften. Fint værelse og morgenmad."

"Lidt slidt, men stadig OK. Morgenmadsbuffet manglede opfyldning."

"Dejligt hotel, med self check-in. Skøn beliggenhed og tæt på oplevelser i bl.a. Luzern"

"Fantastisk vært -blev mødt med en gratis lille fadøl -lige hvad vi trængte til efter 800 km !! Skøn dyreragout !!! Fin morgenmad - hvor min mand fik serveret en kop kaffe udenfor til morgensmøgen ☺️ Savnede et lille skrivebord på værelse 9 - men alt i alt et rigtig hyggeligt sted, hvor vi gerne igen lægger vejen forbi ☺️ "

"Fint stop på MC tur. Mulighed for at parkere i lade/garage. God restaurant. Eneste minus var mærkelig forhøjning på gulvet, som man kunne snuble over i mørket eller ved uopmærksomhed."

"The lack of a reception and available staff made the whole experience very empty. It felt like a motel with no soul or vibes. The lack of staff with check in meant all information was provided via 10 different formats, including wallpapers, shower pamphlets, QR codes etc. making it easy to oversee something, which we did, and one staff member seem annoyed when we as a result asked about it. There is no airconditioning, fridge, kettle or anything remotely luxurious. It really was the RyanAir of...

"Hotel var godt - Men havde betalt i forvejen, og skulle betale igen, fordi hotellet ikke kun se betalingen via hotels.com. Så dog pengene tilbage om en uge cirka."

"Alt var godt og Det er et fantastisk sted at bo."

"Meget hyggeligt by. God seng, gode puder. Morgenmad var super god."
