"Overall we had a nice stay at this property. It is a small older house which seemed to be renovated for renting. Sleeps six, not sure about that. There are two small bedrooms, and perhaps the couches are pullouts? Six would be tight. It had all of the things you might expect available in the kitchen for a rental at this price point.We saw some bunnies, and several turkey vultures on the property, and there were some big ants that found their way into the house. The steep walk to the river...

"5 stars across the board! Super communicative host, even offered to change cleaning crew schedule to accommodate our needs. There is a beautiful creek going through the back yard. It’s lovely. I feel like pictures dont do it justice. Definitely a wonderful experience."

"Upon arrival, the property looked like what was pictured. Once we settled in, we found an open, empty condom wrapper on one of the room’s bed. In the other room, there were multiple spiders lining the baseboards. On the surface, all of the spaces seemed clean, but the windows and window sills were dirty/falling apart. There is also no air conditioning in the common areas, only the bedrooms."

"Great stay - host was very communicative and the home was carefully appointed with everything for a very comfortable stay. Clean as a whistle, spacious, and the view of the lake was perfect - just what we wanted. Hope to visit here again!"

"Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. "

"House was extremely drafty - window air conditioning units still in the windows and not adequately insulated for colder temperatures. In addition, there was an odor that permeated the house which made things uncomfortable. The listing mentioned games in the game room - game room was a large empty space with no games. When the WiFi was down it was impossible to access the on line guide to the place. "
