"We had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment in Le Marais. You have access to many metro lines, food, shopping, parcs and so much more. This location is perfect for someone visiting Paris for the first time or who would like to be in the trendy fashion district. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. "It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old."

"Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. "

"This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one."

"Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good."
