"We did not get the room we had ordered but a smaller one which only had one bedroom vs the two bedrooms we had ordered. This was admitted by the staff. We complained several times incl the day we arrived but nothing happened. We were just told the manager would come the next day it later. A foldout bed was added but the mattress was poor and our kids had sore backs every morning. There was no dishwasher - instead they gave us a washing up tub and a brush for manual washing. The general state of the apartment was poor - not well maintained. The daily cleaning was not very thorough. The AC did not work well. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The location is very central with good access to metro/trains. It’s a dodgy neighborhood in the evening with a lot of homeless people gathering and I don’t recommend walking alone late in the evening. "
