"Surf Gypsy has everything you think you need and more. The place is cozy and the beds are comfortable. We brought our own toilet paper and paper towels, but left them in car because the house was stocked. The kitchen is beautiful and the fridge is huge. The pool was a major part of our week long vacation. We were out there everyday. And watched football games and the presidential debate on the back porch. "Enjoyed a 3-generation family vacation here. The house has lots of space for kids and adults to hang out inside or outside on either of the decks, both of which have great ocean views. Stocked with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and several beach chairs and toys. Foosball table was a plus! We love Topsail Island and this location was convenient to restaurants in Surf City and Topsail Beach — by car and bicycle. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed at Shore Thing for week with family. It was a gorgeous house. Plenty of room for us to have our own space. Perfect for kids and a dog. We loved the deck space and the hoses to rinse off. Open kitchen/ living room was great community space. It was like we had our own private beach. There really wasn’t anything we would change. It was a small piece of paradise and we hope to return!"

"I have to start by saying, when we arrived at this property, the previous cleaning job was less than optimal. I contacted the property managers and they were incredibly proactive. They went above and beyond to communicate with us and remedy the situation, even continuing to checkin with us throughout our stay. "This house in Topsail Beach is amazing! The property is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and easy to find. The home was incredibly comfortable and was more than enough room for three adults and one dog. The backyard was wonderful and it was great to see the bunnies everyday. "We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Surf City. The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the storm out on the ocean our first night and the full moon rise the second night. The kitchen is well stocked and where we made some delicious meals. We hope to return soon. "

"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "
