"Kaley and John were everything we could have hoped for as hosts and same for their house Purple Haze. It was awesome already having boogie boards and beach chairs, and a bunch of additional items that we did not have to load up and bring from home. They were also extremely communicative making everything seemless. The only issue we had was with an upstairs thermostat not keeping the setpoint and I messaged John at 10:30 PM and he responded right away and fixed it remotely. The house was perfect...

"I’ll start by saying the pros, the properties at a great location super close to the beach and also super close to the bridge. It has a very homie vibe with plenty of patio space and seating. The AC works great and having three showers is very convenient. WiFi was strong and a good modern tv that had a lot of channels and apps. "We had a good time overall! The location is fantastic and the house was very well-equipped. Beds were very cozy and the communication with John and Christine was quick and attentive. The reason for the lower rating has to do with the many issues experienced. The a/c was out when we arrived making it 93 inside. John was very quick to have someone out immediately and it was fixed that night but the next morning it was out again and was not fixed until over 12 hours later that evening. The...
