"Lovely home for a peaceful, quiet beachfront getaway. I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The beach access is close and the porch has some amazing views of the ocean. We also had a person in a wheelchair and walker and the elevator was a great addition. "

"The inside of the property was very clean and free of cobwebs and peeling paint. Great detail was taken into the function of all showers, bathrooms and appliances. This property was a good choice. "

"Roaches and bugs in every room. A failing refrigerator that ruined our groceries. The house was clearly dirty and poorly maintained.While Kolk Realty refunded the cleaning fee and grocery bill, the infestation requires far more than a simple spray; we had to use our own Raid just to cope. Communication with management was dismissive and condescending.This trip was a complete disaster. We will never stay at a Kolk Realty property again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Contacted Brittany and she was very prompt at communicating and taking care of them! It is great to work with someone who really cares about your stay! Thank you Brittany!!"

"This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "
