"We liked location which was one block off the beach w very close access to the beach there was space for our 20 ft trailer which was a big plus. Neighborhood was quiet off season, lots of walkers. House was very clean and had well stocked kitchen. Furnishings comfy."

The only glitch is that you can literally put about one piece of clothing into the dryer and actually get it dry. Other than that, it was one of those perfect vacations. "The updates that were made the property were appreciated but the workmanship could have been better. The outside railing on the porch needs replacing/repaired. The swing was not safe to sit on due to rust. The internet was almost nonexistent. The instructions for operating the technology need to be updated and made very clear. It would have been helpful to state to bring movie DVDs. Most important--the entrance door and frame needs to be replaced. It is not secure. It could very easily be...

"No frills, basic condo….but the price was right. The highlights were definitely the location to the beach and pool……and the view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed lots of time on the balcony. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. If you will need access to the Internet for work or school, be sure to have a back up plan as the internet was awful. I know it is vacation, but sometimes life happens during vacation too."

"If there is or was a draw back ...it would be the 2nd floor and steps, but that isnt anyones fault that we struggle with steps. Other than our short fall the overall area, stay and condo was wonderful. We would definitely come back . I have actually looked for property in the complex. .was "

"Need to spray unit(s); we had roaches in K & bathroom the first 3 days; we were not notified that a repairman was coming; would have been most disturbing had he come when we were out with our personal belongings lying around, unsecured. The folks upstairs had a young person that ran back & forth for hours (till 11:30 pm one night), jumping, rather uncourteous to their surrounding units."

"The Condo was great. The description in the listing was accurate. It was clean and the view was awesome! The 1 and 1/2 bath worked out great for one adult and 2 teens. The pool was nice and clean as well as the grounds. We will definitely stay here again."
