Enjoyable family Easter holiday
We had a great time staying at the property. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool and home theatre. The property is a short and easy stroll to the rock pools and Forrest Caves, and a short drive to the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island. Communication with the host was always prompt and informative. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend.

Fantastic!!!
As indicated by my 5 Stars for all aspects of the property & the process of booking, this was a wonderful experience. Lucas was a delight to deal with & the property was exactly as indicated in the listing, as were the photos very accurate. We had 8 adults & 4 children as well as 2 dogs. Everyone agreed it was a terrific long weekend away. The Indoor heated swimming pool was great entertainment for the whole family & the Theatre room was such a fun experience. The beds were comfy as were the couches & the fully fenced yard was secure for the kids to play & the dogs to roam. Couldn’t recommend this home more highly. Thanks Lucas from all our family.

House to entertain
It’s a great house to entertain family and friends. We rented it for a whole weekend, did not need to go anywhere else the entire time. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and home theater!

Amazing Getaway
We had the most beautiful stay! We could not fault anything! There was so much to do just at the accommodation with the home theatre, pool and spa! Something for everyone! Lucas and family were so amazing to deal with and nothing was an issue and even had the fire going for when we arrived! Thank you so much again and we will be back!

Awesome!
A few days away with family and was just what I needed. The house is as advertised but I should have used the pool more! Large secure yard for the dogs was great, location was great and communication with the Hosts was A+.

Phillip island holiday
We enjoyed Phillip island very much. Lots to do Go kart racing, penguins, Churchill Island nature walks on the beach. The house was a bit tired it could do with a bit of TLC, a coat of paint and a good clean. The pool was as described at over 30 degrees 👌 and the gardens are well kept.

Simply brilliant.
Amazing property. Loads of entertainment for the kids, huge block to roam, sounds of waves across the road. Loved the layout of house, plenty of room for kids to enjoy. Will certainly recommend to anyone. Especially if you have trouble like me keeping kids entertained on holidays.

Phillip Island Stay
The property was a bit disappointing as the downstairs area is a bit tired, kitchen needs a refurb and we had some issues with ants that kept appearing around the kitchen bench. Couldn't get the kitchen exhaust canopy over the stove to work, frypans provided were in need of replacing. It was the most expensive property we have stayed at so far and a bit overpriced for just couples. No air con in the master bedroom, which we are used to at home. We spent most of our time during the days exploring the Island and so didn't fully utilise all the facilities in the house. Didn't use the outdoor spa or theatre room and didn't spend much time in the pool. However if the weather wasn't so good, it would be great for families as the indoor pool to the rear of the property is excellent. Also not a lot of instructions for things like wifi password, remote controls, washing machine etc.

Sorry you felt this way… in regards to exhaust fan over stove, like most, all you do is pull it out & it works fine. Re instructions everything and more is detailed in the extensive digital guidebook that I sent you numerous times, if you took the time to read this I doubt you would have had any issues at all.

AWESOME PLACE!
Great location nice and close to the MotoGP track Phillip Island. Plenty of space and room and lots of parking. The pool and spa were awesome great to relax and to keep the kids busy. Recommend booking this place if you were going to stay in the area it is fantastic!

Perfect getaway

Holiday stay
Fantastic holiday week with the family. Had fun swimming in the pool, relaxing in front of the fire, and watching some movies in the theatre room. Our dog enjoyed being able to come on our family holiday too. Very clean house with lots of amenities.

Perfect family getaway
Celebrated my 60th with my immediate family at this place. It was just perfect for us. The heated indoor pool was fantastic for the kids, especially that it was the middle of winter, the kids absolutely loved it, it was hard to get them out of the water. The property had ample room for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids, and had everything we needed. The indoor heated pool and the theatre room was definitely the highlights of this place. Plus it was only a short walk to the beach. Would have loved to have stayed longer, the time just went to quick. Thoroughly Recommend this place.

So much to do-even in the middle of winter.
Great location, close to the beach. The large indoor pool at 32 degrees is a treat, especially in the winter. Great warmth from the Coonara heater inside. A unique place to stay. Thanks Lucas and Lawri.

This home is beautiful & it felt like home. It has all you want & need in a house… to the pool, spa, theatre room & fireplace. I definitely want to come back & everyone who came said the same thing. The only thing that wasn’t A1 was the washing machine & the dryer, we had trouble using them, hopefully it was just my lack of knowledge for the appliances 😅 We had such a great time & absolutely enjoyed this home, I 100% recommend

Lovely property with everything you need
Check in process was easy, good communication with owners. House is very well equipped with everything you need and in particular if the weather is cold (indoor pool). Close proximity to the beautiful surf beach so we enjoyed walks most nights. I really quiet and relaxing family getaway. Absolutely recommend this property for families.

Great Holiday Stay
We have been at this holiday home twice now and just love what it has to offer especially the heated pool my grandchildren can’t get in there quick enough after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would recommend this holiday stay as excellent.

Loved it!
Kids and dogs, plus adults were all entertained in this home. The location is fantastic for spotting nature’s beauty. The pool was fun for everyone. The children enjoyed feeding the chickens. The dogs loved the big space. We enjoyed watching movies on the big screen as a family in the evening. Communications with the owners A+. We miss it terribly.

So relaxing
This was a great way for our family, (including dogs) to just stop and relax, The host was always available if we needed anything and was so kind and friendly. The facilities were the best - we didn't need to leave the house at all, especially with the pool and spa! FANTASTIC!!!!!

Relaxing Get Away
We stayed with 4 families and 2 dogs. Great place to have a relaxing time away after covid lockdown. The pool water was amazing and warm. The spa was a great hit for everyone. Fantastic Getaway with Family & Friends
Was 3rd time lucky after cancellations due to Covid restrictions. A great 4 day getaway had by all adults and children. The indoor heated pool was fantastic, and the outdoor spa a bonus for us adults. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Best Family holiday ever
Our stay was fabulous! We had 8 adults and three kids and everyone had a ball. The weather wasn’t great so the pool was a lifesaver, it truly is fantastic. We did visit the local beach and The Forrest Caves which was great as the house is located right near them and so many amazing spots. The house has plenty of options for all ages and is really well equipped, the theatre room is a bonus especially for the kids and there is nothing like a hot spa in winter after a long walk for the grown ups, just heaven. A bottle of Prosecco and a few goodies on arrival was a lovely touch with everything thought out really well. We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend to friends. Communication was just so easy as well, Thank you so much Lucas, after the last 20 moths it was great to get away with family and we wish you all the best in the future.

A unique family retreat
The Island Escape provided a much needed break for our family; fully contained with everything we needed and much more! A private 12 metre indoor pool gave us a lot of joy; an opportunity to play with our kids and help them regain their confidence in the water. We felt very much at home in the house; fully equipped with comfortable beds and lounges, and details and amenity we appreciated. Natural beauty abounds the property with sand dunes, pademelons and bird life visible through every window. We stayed two nights and it felt like a week. We absolutely recommend this unique experience.

Fabulous place to stay
I stayed here with my family( 8 of us in total )and even though the weather was bleak we had so much fun in the huge indoor pool heated to a perfect 32 degrees we all loved it ages 3 to 75. The manager had the fire ready for us to light when we arrived and it was needed as it was only 10 degrees outside lovely thought.. thank you. One other thing I should mention how nice it is to go into a home and feel you don’t have to clean or wash anything before you use it, again thank you Lucas.

Incredible Property With Amazing Heated Pool
We stayed during the Easter school holidays. Two adults and four children aged between 11 and 9. The two main reasons we booked this house were the beach across the road, and the indoor heated pool. We figured that if the weather was nice we would hang out at the beach, and if it was a bit cooler the kids would still have the pool. There was a dead whale on the beach across the road, which made the beach off-limits for swimming, but having the pool made up for it. The pool was INCREDIBLE! The kids loved it! The perfect temperature and with a lip around the edge for extra safety. 10/10! The whole house was lovely. Everything was clean and operational. We also enjoyed use of the BBQ and the spa. The location was great - close to everything. The neighbours were quiet. Lots to do in the local area. Lucas was also fantastic with his communication - not that we needed to call on him at all during our stay, because there weren't any problems. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for a group including many active kids!
Perfect house for us and the gang of 13 yr olds, pool was awesome, the space available in general, the theatre room... all added up to a great weekend! And Lucas was always available to help with any questions (and the little touches like leaving a bottle of wine for the two adults with six 13 yr olds!) were lovely!

We had booked for 3 nights but unfortunately due to the Covid snap lockdown we had to get home quickly after only one night but we had time to assess the accommodation which was excellent, very clean and well maintained. My grandchildren just loved the pool as we all did. We are looking forward to coming back when time and Covid permits.

Great house with plenty to do
Stayed with family of 5, including 3 teens and 3 dogs, plus friends of the teens, which meant a doubling of teen numbers. House was great for everyone with plenty to do and zones for different groups to do their own things (namely, pool, spa, movie room, etc). Comms and support from Lucas was fantastic, and we are very happy to recommend the property.

The property has everything you need for your family to have a great getaway. The indoor pool was a hit as was the home theatre for a movie night to end each day!! My two boys said the only thing that could have made it better was a basketball ring out the back :-D
