"Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving."

"Excellent resort. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and staff professionalism.
Mr Gangadhar, Mr Shetty, Mr Gowda and the restaurant staff were excellent.
Room are so spacious and clean.
Restaurant food needs special mention !
And they have the BEST bar tender who makes insane Cocktails.

However, the hotel went out of it’s way to help customers. The Hotel owner personally dropped guests to nearest railway station in his car as no taxis or rental cars were willing to ply. The hotel has earned my loyalty for life when I visit Mangalore."
