"Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. Morgenmad var kun Indiske varme retter som vi sprang over. Værelser var middel standard med aircondition. Udsigt fra værelses vindue til nabogrund med slum bebyggelse af blikplader. Man kan kun komme rundt i byen med taxi, da der ikke er fortove og trafikken er ikke til at man går i vejsiden."

"This appeared to be the most luxurious hotel in the area. We had previously stayed at A.J. Grand and found it did not have sufficient ameneties in the room and booked at Vivanta for the second night of our stay in Mangalore. Really happy we made the switch!
