"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept.

"The room itself is very good, clean, and had a nice view of the city. The staff is attentive and very nice to us.
We also tried out the fitness center, it is well equipped for cardio, weight machines, as well as free weights. It's always nice to be able to do your leg day during travel.
What's best for me is the lounge at 21st. The breakfast is served here with plenty of local options which is my absolute favorite, they also switch around the menu everyday so you won't get tired of it. They...
