This newly remodeled luxury oceanfront property features spacious sleeping quarters, each with an ensuite bathroom and large 4K SMART TV. Additionally, the property is equipped with multi-level deck, and of course, direct beach access.

The spacious main floor offers a flow through living area, a wet bar (with generous cabinet space), refrigerator, and a large center island. All brought with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean leading out to the ocean front deck. 3 bedrooms, each with its ensuite full bathroom, 1 facing the ocean, small work desk area, and a laundry room complete the first floor.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, which houses 4 additional bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, including 3 featuring king beds, and 2 facing the ocean, a fully stocked kitchen, and large dining table that comfortably seats 10.

Back outside, the second floor boasts a deck complete with sweeping ocean. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, two refrigerators, ice machine, high speed wireless internet, and much, much more.


The home also has a pack & play, a high chair, multiple board games, along with books to entertain adults & children alike.

Outside, you can take a dip in the ocean, enjoy the view, take a walk down the coastline, and collect seashells. With parking for four cars, there is room for your entire group.

Take in the majestic views from everywhere. Prepare dinner & fine dining in the spacious kitchen. Join the kids in the main floor with the new Xbox X, 75” screen smart TVs, & wet bar. Then walk outside to the watch the gorgeous sunset, have picnic on the beach or just relax in the lounge chairs & enjoy the endless ocean views.

Linens & Towels:
Pillows and comforters are provided. Bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) and towels are not. You can bring your own or rent them. If you would like to rent, we recommend Boomers Rentals or Care Linen Service. You will need to reserve your items to insure availability. You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles from Boomers.

Pets:
We love our furry friends but we are a pet free property.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the home.

Responsible person must be at least 30 years of age and in attendance during the rental period.

Max occupancy is limited at all times to 22 people (16 adults & 6 kids). No parties/gatherings, or additional house guests.

Parking: A maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway.
