"We love the house and the fact that the beach is so close. The kids really enjoyed the pool too.Having a tent put up each day is a real plus.There are sand toys and beach chairs and pool floats. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We were fortunate to have great weather this year! The sunsets are spectacular!"

"What a beautiful beach house! This home had everything we were looking for- 1 min walk to the beach, beautiful marsh views, a pool and enough rooms for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of pool toys in the outdoor storage closet and convenient outdoor shower. This was our baby's first vacation and we are so glad that it was here, in holden beach! We had the best weather to enjoy the quiet spacious beach. The hosts responded immediately to all of my messages, even late...

Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own.
