This exquisite oceanfront Hobbs Smart Home (2K, 4Q) has a beautiful oceanside pool (open from Easter - October) nestled in the dunes as well as a private hot tub. Private boardwalk to the ocean. This beautifully decorated home features an inverted floor plan with six bedrooms, six baths, a living room, a dining room, and a gorgeous kitchen - plus a fantastic sunroom on the oceanside. The kitchen includes a Keurig and a slow cooker. There is also an outdoor gas grill available for use.

The home provides a 3-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. The width of the entry into the elevator is 26 inches. Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.
