"OUTDATED, carpets, furniture, hardware, everything seems haven’t been replaced since 1970s . The only reason we booked this place it’s through travel team . We figured kids will have fun all in the same hotel. All 15 families greatly disappointed, some even checked out and found different place to stay .
Staff was super nice and helpful but , place needs to be shut down and seriously updated. "

"The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. "We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again."

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.

"Fantastic little gem in Tempe.
If you read a review for the place as Ramada Inn, just skip the review. The sweetest couple bought it and spent tons of time and money shining this place up. From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place. The few smallest issues were being taken seriously and addressed immidiately. Service is definitely their #1 concern and focus.
