"Checking in there was a delay but once all that was settled I was surprised by how comfortable the room and bed were. Also, only providing one full towel threw me off. Wasn't sure if that was an error them saving cleaning cost. They may also want to change out/clean some of the chairs. They were stained and some rips. But still gave it a 5 cause of the room comfort and location was perfect. "

"The front desk gave us great info on restaurants in the area. They made to go bags for breakfast for us, as we had to leave early before breakfast was available (or so we thought). "We are picky hotel stayers. I typically only search for 8+ rated hotels because I just can’t risk staying somewhere “gross”. Residence Inn was in such great shape I questioned if it was built within the last couple of years, but it turns out it’s almost 8 years old.     "Fantastic little gem in Tempe. If you read a review for the place as Ramada Inn, just skip the review. The sweetest couple bought it and spent tons of time and money shining this place up. From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place. The few smallest issues were being taken seriously and addressed immidiately. Service is definitely their #1 concern and focus. Only negative I have to say is that the place is being hosted by a Cardinals and Packers fan. ;) ( <3 you two! You know who you are. ) I will definitely come back and stay here again. I promised Mimi and I will keep that. :)"
