The property was not easily located … it took over 5 hours and several attempted phone calls before someone finally answered the phone and expressed that the phone was turned down they could not hear it. 2. Safety, the property is located on the borderline of the highest crime active area. 3. Upon arriving at the property it was necessary that the owner has to disengaged about 3 security locking system before entry. This...
