"Have stayed many times over the years and been very happy, unfortunately the condition and smell of my room was not up to standard this time. I booked and paid for a room for 2 people months in advance but was given a room set up for 1. I don’t expect to stay there again."

"A very bad experence."

"A well maintained and clean hotel. Good shower and bed. Excellent bar and grill nearby and cafe with good coffee. A good choice."

"The hotel was not paid even though I paid on Hotels.com. Dinesh at the hotel confirmed that you paid the incorrect hotel and charged my clients card. WE need to get a full refund for this booking. I am dealing with Salma at your reservations team in Cape Town"

"The host was not available by email before had and my Mom and I went regardless. After a difficult time finding the location, we arrived in the late afternoon and we could not reach the host. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute. We were not allowed a refund. "

"Safe and clean. No protein in breakfast. Minimal. A few repairs would help. Tiny bathroom. But, we'd go back again given value for cost."
