"The hotel was not paid even though I paid on Hotels.com. Dinesh at the hotel confirmed that you paid the incorrect hotel and charged my clients card. WE need to get a full refund for this booking. I am dealing with Salma at your reservations team in Cape Town"

"We were just traveling from Kasane to Kruger and stopped here for one night. The Nest is a little old and dated."

"Have stayed many times over the years and been very happy, unfortunately the condition and smell of my room was not up to standard this time. I booked and paid for a room for 2 people months in advance but was given a room set up for 1. I don’t expect to stay there again."

"Meget venligt personale og hyggelige omgivelser. Smuk natur og mange fugle. Den lille reception havde et fint lille udvalg af drikkevarer og "mikrobølge" mad, som de kunne varme for os. Der var naturligvis også et godt udvalg af souvenir."

"A very bad experence."

"This was a very comfortable stay with friendly service and secure patking. There are no dinner facilities and it is not in a good area."

"Clean and easily accessible, located just outside the CBD, with helpful staff."

"The host was not available by email before had and my Mom and I went regardless. After a difficult time finding the location, we arrived in the late afternoon and we could not reach the host. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute. We were not allowed a refund. "

"Good comfortable quite place"

"Safe and clean. No protein in breakfast. Minimal. A few repairs would help. Tiny bathroom. But, we'd go back again given value for cost."

"직원들은 매우 친절했으나, 조식 준비가 안되는 상황에서 조식 포함으로 상품이 판매"
