The unit itself is dated and slightly on the small side but clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach, cages and shops. We picked it so we could attend a function at the Wharf, which was just across the road. "We had a lovely stay, a beautiful and comfortable space, with great amenities! Steve was so easy going and easy to talk to, check in process super easy! So conveniently close to some great bars, restaurants and the beach. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that the cleanliness of the unit was a little disappointing, it just wasn't quite up to scratch. We overlooked that and really enjoyed our stay though."

"I have stayed at the Mantra for many years from when it opened for family holidays, weekends away, single night work trips and even staged a conference at the property one year. It's a great location however it is starting to feel a little tired. I was in a 1st floor apartment this visit and it was fine, however there was a bad smell of stale smoke. I don't know if it was a previous guest or if smoke just drifts in from other rooms/floors (I usually have the balcony door open). I will probably...
