Review is false. Guest was expecting some palatial resort with butler service. She failed to communicate, read none of the correspondence sent, comments on the equipment are false. Left early. One star, why do this?

This review is not accurate. The garage door was in working order after I spoke through how to engage the opening mechanism which was on the information sheet which the guest didn’t read prior to the stay. The house was cleaned prior to the guest arriving by professional cleaners and I have photos to prove this. Vrbo has requested evidence of measurements of the deck which will I provide. Overall this is disappointing that the guest left this review, it’s vindictive and not accurate. I would not host this guest again and recommend others do not as well

We believe the property description and associated information sheet provided clearly sets expectations for guests. We will take onboard your suggestion about reflective strips on steps and doors which are not as bad as your review suggests. At the end of the day its a house near the beach that someone lives in and not a hotel.

Disappointed to see this review Michael. The house was left tidy by you but required an extra long clean as there was dog hair in most rooms and on beds. The house rules clearly stated no pets inside which was ignored.

Eunice stayed with her group at our place in January. After the initial arrival they were pretty quiet.
