"This was an annual weekend getaway with the girls.This was a tough one, guys! Sunrise Beach is known for its steep hills, and the weather did not cooperate with our weekend. It was below freezing the entire weekend, which prevented any snow from melting, although the host did try to accommodate our arrival. The Management Company that is handling this property was not versed on how to manage the VRBO site or provide documentation, arrival and departure information. Multiple phone calls and additional funds requested the day before arriving set the tone for the trip over a holiday. One of the owners showed up on site which was the only thing that saved the trip.
