This a single suite of a quadplex. All doors are dead bolt locked between suites.

Private boat ramp for small boats and watercraft up to 29 foot. Lake is only 100 feet away.
There are a total of 4 units. each unit is separated by a Door with deadbolts.
Each has its own entrance and space.

The swim deck, boat ramp, fishing on community dock and shoreline, picnic tables on property.

We are generally on site and can help with anything you need.
We love to interact with guest as much or little as the like.

We are close by water to Captain Ron’s, Fish and company, Larry’s on the lake, The cave, Bull dogs,
Bear Bottoms all with in 1 to 8 miles. Haha Tonka 15 miles down the Big Niangua. By land you will be close to woods grocery store at HWY 5 and F, restaurants nearby on land Papa Chubbys 3 min drive, Franky and Louis 10 min drive, Brandon Iron 15 min. Bagnell Dam/Osage beach 25 minutes F road to T to M and across toll bridge.
Camdenton 25 min take F road to Hwy 5 then go left.
35 minutes away from The Loop atv park.
